Visit to Somogy County Gondviselés Social Care Home

Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma paid a visit to the Gondviselés Social Care Home of Somogy County on 7 December 2022, where he was received by the head of the institution Zita Nemes.

The Gondviselés Social Care Home of the Somogy County Municipality is the largest residential social care institution of the county, the main responsibilities of which include nursing and care, as well as rehabilitation services provided to the elderly, addicts, persons with disabilities and homeless. There are a total of 710 residents living at the five locations of the Home.


 

The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights paid a visit to the Segesd-based headquarters of the institution, where as many as 270 elderly persons and addicts are cared for at the old Széchenyi Castle.
