The main purpose of creating the new website of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was to facilitate the protection of fundamental rights of citizens and civil organizations applying to the ombudsman and to increase their legal knowledge and legal consciousness using the highest available technical instruments. The structural and user friendly solutions serve this purpose. As an example, complaints can be directly submitted electronically by using our website but there is also an interactive form to assist you in lodging a complaint. Besides the submission of complaints, clients can keep track of their ongoing cases, press releases on the reports of the inquiries are published, and full reports, latest news on our activities and events are also available.
