On 21 April 2021, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma took part in an online meeting with the leaders of the Association of Ombudsmen and Mediators of the Francophonie (AOMF).

On 21 April 2021, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma took part in an online meeting with the leaders of the Association of Ombudsmen and Mediators of the Francophonie (AOMF).

During the meeting hosted by Anne Eastwood, Monaco’s High Commissioner for the Protection of Rights, Liberties and for Mediation, special attention was dedicated to the organisational structure and operation of the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, the mutual presentation of the ombudsman practices related to the measures introduced during the coronavirus pandemic, and the activities of the Hungarian ombudsman institution regarding the protection of the interests of future generations.

The parties also discussed possibilities of future cooperation between their respective institutions.
