Visit to Border Crossing Point at Rábafüzes

On 21 January 2021, Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma visited the border crossing point between Rábafüzes and Heiligenkreuz, where he was received by Chief Police Counsellor, Police Colonel Zoltán Dedics, Head of Law Enforcement Directorate of the Vas County Police Headquarters and Deputy Chief of County Police, and Police Counsellor, Police Lieutenant-Colonel dr. Gabriella Koncz, Head of the Körmend Police Department.

The Ombudsman, accompanied by Director for Police Complaints of his Office Dr. Domonkos Wildner, inspected the control of traffic passing through the Austrian–Hungarian border, and were briefed about the implementation of those measures that had been adopted in connection with ensuring the smooth flow of traffic in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
