Ombudsman Visits Nógrád County Police Headquarters

On 16 October 2020, Dr. Ákos Kozma paid an official visit to the Nógrád County Police Headquarters. The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was received by Brigadier General, Chief Police Counsellor dr. Gabriella Somssich, Head of the Nógrád County Police Headquarters.

On 16 October 2020, Dr. Ákos Kozma paid an official visit to the Nógrád County Police Headquarters. The Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was received by Brigadier General, Chief Police Counsellor dr. Gabriella Somssich, Head of the Nógrád County Police Headquarters.

During the visit, the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights was briefed about the operation and main tasks of the Nógrád County Police Headquarters, and he also inquired about the health measures introduced in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus pandemic and their practical implementation. The participants of the meeting discussed, among others, the experience gathered so far about the activity of school guards on duty in Nógrád County, as well as the complaints submitted in connection with the police measures.
