null Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Visits Nagykereki – Bors II Border Crossing Point

On 18 September 2020, Ombudsman Dr. Ákos Kozma visited the Nagykereki – Bors II border crossing point at the Hungarian–Romanian border, where he was received by Head of the Border Police Office, Police Colonel Dr. Sándor Péter.

The Nagykereki – Bors II motorway border crossing point was opened for the traffic on 4 September 2020, and it connects the Hungarian M4 motorway with a 5-kilometre section of the Romanian A3 motorway. During his on-site visit, the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, accompanied by Director of Police Complaints Department of the OCFR Dr. Domonkos Wildner, was briefed about all the measures that had been adopted in connection with the coronavirus pandemic in order to ensure the safe flow of traffic.
