null Commissioner for Fundamental Rights and Two Deputies Attend Parliamentary Judicial Committee

Commissioner for Fundamental Rights Dr. Ákos Kozma, Deputy Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, Ombudsperson for the Rights of National Minorities Dr. Elisabeth Sándor-Szalay, as well as Deputy Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, Ombudsman for Future Generations Dr. Gyula Bándi attended the session of the Committee on Constitutional, Legislative and Judicial Matters on 6 July 2022, at which event document No. B/16 entitled Report on the Activities of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights and His Deputies in 2021 was discussed. 

After a brief introduction was given by the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, the members of the Committee asked some questions about the report. After the Ombudsman’s responses, the Report on the Activities of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights and His Deputies in 2021 was accepted by the Committee on Constitutional, Legislative and Judicial Matters with 8 votes for and és 3 votes against, without abstention, and it was recommended for adoption by the National Assembly.
